-  Evaluate, treat and discharge patients within inpatient rehabilitation setting who commonly present with neurological deficits, orthopedic deficits, multiple trauma incidents and amputations.

- Responsible for managing own schedule of patients, making sure each patient meets daily 180 minutes of therapy and weekly 900 minutes for corporate requirement.

- Involved in weekly interdisciplinary team conference meetings for each patient to discuss and problem solve barriers for discharge to community setting.

- Creating and running therapeutic groups including stroke rehab education, amputation education, exercise groups and mental health groups.
